Lighter than the original colour.

Which Prochem TLC?

Did you do a dye test rather than a cleaning test area?

There are now lots of topically dyed nylon carpet tiles in the commercial arena that are prone to colour damage with even a slightly alkaline pH. An acid rinse following an alkaline pre-spray will not correct this.

The general advice is to keep pH neutral.

Polypropylene tiles do not share this problem.

Safe and happy cleaning :)
