Your costs are:
1: Domain registration (About £5 per year)
2: Hosting (I can do this free if you want)
3: The template (about £40 from www.templatemonster.com)
4: The design/building. I charge £100 - £150 for a standard 5 page site depending on the design.

My prices on on my site, under web design, I do not use templates as yet, but can do if requested, saves me a load of time, the marketing side is done by me, my hosting charges are £99 a year includes domain name, page on window washers and all registration to search engines ect and marketing of the page on my site is also included and on going.

I am not the cheapest out there but for the price you pay you get a good job and a site that works.

page one on some areas (1, 2 and 3, but is something I will look into, I rank high on yahoo, but google I aim for as thats the best one for results, the others work for me and are easier.
