Well you will never believe this story, but it is true and I just wanted to share it with you. Has anyone had any similar??
A customer of ours (Fairly new one too) has just called us. My partner answered it, the guy introduced himself and then asked if it would be ok to borrow £10 for petrol !!
It seems his wife had gone out and was supposed to have left himsome money, but hadn't. He needed to get to Coventry...LOL.
They aren't renowned for their prompt payment, so my partner politely declined and said that as we hadn't worked all week, we weren't in a great financial position either.
I'm still sitting here in shock
