deep clean

hi all, i`ve been asked to do a deep clean of a training centre that i clean, ats about 600 sq foot all open plan and all appliances moveable. i`ve estimated a time of about 5 hrs, does anyone have any advice for me on best chemicals and maybe a price to charge?

What type of surfaces
is it carpet or hard floor?
are you cleaning desks/tables/cabinets?

all stainles steel surfaces, hard floors, all easy movable. two large ovens, two large sinks.

If the floors are not polished then I would suggest MP10 from Premiere Products, if they are polished then Clean & Buff from Premiere Products.
MP10 will be ok for the other surfaces as well.
As for price I would look at £10 - £15 per hour
