asked to quote for cladding cleaning, viewed job and looks fine just a bit dusty if anything spoke to customer he says landlords inspection requires cladding cleaning so it's to be done ! was thinking of using a wfp to do job what's the view ? also should i price per mt2 or time taken to do job, whats the target £ per hour for this type of work ?

WFP is ideal for this kind of job.
Should price it at £30.00 per hr. i would think and base it on how long you will be there
