Viewed job ? cladding looks fine spoke to customer told landlords report says clean cladding so they want it cleaned ! i tried cleaning a patch and not much diff but if they want it doing and are willing to pay i'm not argueing.
Age old question how to price ? by time ? by metre squared ? does this type of work warrant target of £30 per hour ? or should i go higher / lower ? whats the thoughts ?

Hi

I asked this question not so long ago. One person told me £1.50 per m2 so with that I measured the area and it came ot £471.
I thought that was alot of money for something that didn't look too difficult so I took a photo and posted it on the CIU and asked people how much.  people replied with between £200 and £300!!

So to answer your question........... 75p (ish) per m2!!

matt how do you price it ?

i looked at it, i guessed how long it would take me, added 30 % onto the time, then worked outhow much i wanted per hour and gave them the price

for bigger jobs i havent done before i allways add a 30 % extra on, this means im never short of time on the job, it works well for me
