Look at their site ( no idea who they are and i can't find them that easily on google) look for delivery times.

How did you pay for your order? Credit card? if so get in contact with your c/card company say you have ordered but you are unable to get in contact with the company and they have not delivered. Ask them about the process in recovering the costs you have paid out.

Only other thing is leave a message on their (stream) phone, to say unless they get in contact with you within the next 24 hours you will have no other option other than to get your credit card company involved in recovering the costs.

Doesn't look very professional, and has no information regarding their trading T&C's regardless of delivery times.  :-\

Dealt with them lots, they are JW's (incase that eases your worries) nice company although i don't use them much now as they seem to be stuck in the past product wise. I'm sure all will be well. ;)

P.S. they trade under a different name now, not stream anymore.
