Dirty frames that you`ve only half cleaned-old soap residue-aliminium frames-not enough water being used-water not reading 000,check all of that next time you do em.

First cleans are tricky. Did you previously use fairy liquid? If so, it is a nightmare to get rid of the residue.

My technique is to wash the whole house once, concentrating on getting the frames perfect and giving a really good rinse,.. then coming back and doing the whole house again just doing the glass.

A day with an experienced wfp'er is by far the best advice tho!

totally agree with above tried all different ways but found this the best for first cleans
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

if you have done them trad before try to get the top of the frames clean before you wfp them saves alot of trouble if not wash the tops till they run clean go to the next window till they are all clean then back to the first to do the glass
