Hard floor (stone and Tile cleaning)

Do any of you guys do this as im a bit stumped at how much to charge. I have a numatic low speed scrubber plus wet vac etc...so any help would be great.

I have done the prochem hard floor course, but they didnt really cover stone or ceramics. Im a tiler by trade so i know what chemicals to use and not to use. And as i lay these tiles i want to push a mainteance program to my customers but dont know what the going rate is.

If you are just cleaning it as opposed to restoring then
£3-5 per square metre with a minimum charge to counteract small areas.
