Has any one seen the new flexi 5 from chemspec .It hoovers as it presprays and lifts the carpet pile But its a bit pricey £1500

I believe it has also been designed to agitate pre-sprays without damage to the bearings etc unlike other machines which are primarily for dry carpet cleaning.
£1500 isn't expensive when you consider what it does.

It looks like it was built by an engineer, not a designer Does this mean that common sense is winning over

Must be good value.
