Take out the black first
Looking from the front of the machine, on the left hand side is a plate with a single screw.
Undo and remove screww and plate.
Should be able to pull the old brush ourt and push the new one in.
Spend next 5 minutes looking for the little screw that holds the plate.

Thanks alot for your instructions ! We have had the new red brush for about 4 months and guess what .....it took less than a minute to fit it !! Your brains ,my brauwn
