Your advice please
« on: June 24, 2008, 02:15:34 pm »
Ok, once again apologies for not posting for a while, but something happened today and as much as i don't need advice, your input will be invaluable. Today i was working away, minding my own business, then suddenly some guy comes out of nowhere telling me that he does this customers windows and will be doin them in future. I'm now lookin at him like he can't be "all there"
He went on to say that he works for the woman as she is one of his cleaneaze customers and now he has one of these machines(backpack) he'll be continuing from now on.
Luckily the woman was in and she told me that it's true, she does use him for his cleaneaze services but that's all she uses him for and that she's more than happy with me and my services, then duly went on to give me the flyer that he had put in her door. So now i have his name and number.
You know what's coming. Seen as i didn't lamp the obnoxious twat in the head. What should i do to teach the pillock a lesson? Fake appointments comes to mind  :) OK,lots of fake appointments. I wouldn't normally stoop so low,but this kid needs bringing down a peg or two. Cheers gang.

Tell you what I would do  -  absolutely nothing.  I would carry on as normal and pretend he doesn't exist.

I'd do nothing, you'll get more satisfaction just grinning at him when you see him.

I've got someone who keeps trying to take work from me, even by asking how much i charge and putting a cheaper price in.

I think the person i am on about comes on here. Not sure if they are a registered user or just a watcher, but one day they'll mess up. I'll have a big grin on my face then.
