all decked out in back with ply and shelving down one end. Will remove some of shelving to fit in tank.

Go for a bigger tank. Sure a Vivaro would take much bigger than 400 litres. Don't limit your potential.

lots of work i do is trad as it's shop fronts. Makes no sense to be going bigge rjsut now when i dont even have any of my own jobs which are wfp.

tried getting an expert or 220 connect to take the 400 ltr tank but they either had space miles or price was too high.
