Doug got the question wrong.

The assumption that 35% of work was possible due to weather was wrong. I pointed this out and then worked it as given, Kris  answered after this.

You should do more homework discount as that statement is also wrong! ;)

I am in scotland but require no license to work. :D

No, The scots have a licensing system. You can not be a window cleaner in scotland without a license from the relevant local authority.

Of course to get a licence their is an exam. This is a sample question.

In a few years you will have to sit an exam like this if licencing comes to us
