« on: January 21, 2005, 05:17:39 pm »
Hi everybody, Ive just gained two contracts for doing builders and sparkle cleans. I havent got a clue how to set out the Ts & Cs for them to sign.

If any body could help me out in this department it would be much appreciated.

Iam based N.ireland if any body is interested.

hi there,

if you are working for any of the household developers, then you will end up signing one of their sub contractor agreements, that lay down all the terms and conditions for you to supply services to them.

one thing you need to be aware of, is that you make the client aware that you will not take any liability for scratches on glass of any sort.

regards

martin

not paying up for any reason they can find  i just want to get it right from the start so they dont have any reason not to pay.
