Advice please. New
« on: May 30, 2008, 05:41:36 pm »
Hi every one.

can anyone help please, i've been asked by a local builder to clean out VOID PROPERTYS. (thay are contracted by a local council to undertake voids property maintenance) and would like us to clean the properties on there behalf.

Thay have asked for a time framework as well as the price per property, the properties comprise of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen.
(The builders are removing all the rubbish in the properties)

Thay would like us to have the house suitable for tenant occupation.

Could anyone tell me what price i should be charging and how long it should take on average ??  :)

Thankyou
nathan.

hi

I do cleaning for a local builder that does refurbish work for the council,  they keep the place reletively tidy, but with the good you get the bad,

we charge £85 + Vat a house.   and i have calculated 2 perons 3hours to do 1  but we get them in batches of two, so thats £170 per day if you can do it,

this includes sofats and facias, outside windows, and all internal cleaning.

hope this helps

thanx jonny
