Ionic parts
« on: May 28, 2008, 08:52:45 am »
I need a new part but don't know what its called. Can anyone help out?

Its the plastic piece that sits on top of the top section of the pole allowing the metal gooseneck to slide into it.

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks in advance.

I have the catalogue in front of me.  Its called a FERULE, the metal gooseneck slides into it and it tightens by means of 2 little nuts that you need an allen key to tighten.

It costs £10.85

Odd.  I have never had one of these need replaced

I bought a second hand pole but it didn't have any adaptor on it at all. How can I order one of these? Thanks, Chris.
