If not, then have to take the pump apart and see what I can see...

what a load of hassle, LOL just buy a new pump.

Fannying around taking it apart etc has probably cost you more in lost work time than a new pump anyway.

Who cares what EXACTLY is wrong with it.  Just bin it and get another one.

Exactly my point matey, thats less than a days earnings.  Say you earned £150  a day (low I know but just for the sake of argument) You could either:

Pay £140 fo a new pump and then go and earn £150 the next workng day with your new pump and continue to work.

or stop working and fanny around dismantling your pump and lose £150 every day your not able to work.

LOL no brainer this one matey.

No I don't always earn £150 a day, and I've got plenty of other bills thankyou.

£150 a day is not low, and you know it.
You just want people think you're something special. ::)

No offense squeaky mate, but seriously are you having a laff?

How can you NOT earn £150 a day with WFP?

I know I can be sarcy etc, but i'm being serious now.  £150 is what most WFPers would manage standing on their head.  Matey, you seriously need to either raise your prices or do something to get faster.

And as for bills yes yes, but window cleaning gear is not a bill.  If a knackered pump stops you earning money then it will cost you much more in lost work than the cost of a new one surely?  Honestly I am not having a go now, I am serious.

I do some days, but when you've got old prices and moaners you're stuck with it until better work can replace it.
All my new stuff, yes it is worth that.
Sometimes in a morning.

But I think you'll find there's a large amount of people on here who would be more than happy with that or less per day.

Anyway, back to the prob...

Down to only two possibilities now.
When the missus gets back I'll try it with jump leads.
Then we'll know if was just a weak battery. (but I doubt it).

If not, new pump time.
Like you said, no pointing faffing about, lets get back to work.
