« on: May 13, 2008, 02:18:52 pm »
I have recently approached letting agents for end of tenancy cleans and have got a few replies, however some are asking for referrences.
Does anyone have a letter i can give to current customers to complete for me so i can pass to letting agents

I presume that is what i am being asked for

If you have a website dave, you could ask your clients to fill in the guestbook and then point them towards it, theres plenty of free guestbook scripts ;)

Hi Dave, all you have to do is ask current customers to write you a reference. What your asking for sounds like a feedback form.
A letter is much better imo.

Hi Dave

I agree with arthur - get your current customers to write you a reference, then photo copy it and give the photo copy to the letting agents. The reason for the photo copying is that you can run a copy off for other letting agents as and when required - saves you having to go back to your clients every couple of days or so and asking for another one.
