Getting the mentality to do home quotes is harder than doing them, the face to face contact with the posibilty of the customer saying no put some off.
Doug does phone quotes as he works a large area, I do 50% depending on where they are or if I'm working in their area when I'm passing but there are alot of ifs and buts in that statement but I have enough 'traffic' to please myself.
Geoff I think you'll find that you'll get alot of this I know I do, I was thinking of taking the form submission page off my sites and plastering my telephone number all over so they have to call me, or stating please email me or for an instant answer call me on XXXXXX.
