Spent all day yesterday cleaning a local breakdown/recovery truck yard after they had a bad deisel spill. It was a sloping yard and the leaking wagon had been parked at the top of the yard, so I spent all day putting Tfr onto the affected area, then swilling off with cold water and then repeating again and again. Anyway, it turned out fine and now they have asked me if I would be willing to go out on the motorways washing deisel spills away where neccessary. I have a 1000 litre trailer mounted bowser and a 13Hp honda machine, but what I would like to know is what would break the deisel down and make it disperse quicker than Tfr.
Thanks Peter
