Of course. I also make an effort to find out when their birthdays are so I can send a card and gift. My very best customers get an all expenses paid holiday in The Caribbean twice a year :

You are either a loonie or you earn far too much.            If you really want to do that though, you can do my windows if you like.  I'd like a nice big egg and a fiver at easter please, a bottle of wine  on my birthday, and  a bottle of scotch or perhaps £20 at christmas.
