Digital Varistream
« on: March 14, 2008, 08:04:20 pm »
Hi,

Can I use a digital varistream with a Flojet pump? I understand that the varistream will cut off at the right pressure so do I just bypass or remove the Flojets pressure switch?

Thanks

Yes it will work with a flowjet and you have to disconect the switch.

I feel the older one is better as you can get the flow exactly how you want it,with the digi one if the first couple of numbers are to little the next number might be to much.

im really pleased with my new digi varistream, number 1 is ample to be honest!

i use a 100 psi pump. i also use a flowmaster and there is a wine off it and it sounds really bad. but with this varistream it silent, and when i unplug pole, it switches off nicely

i didnt think you had to take the pressure switch out of the circuit though?

You definitely do have to take the pressure switch out. It's in the instructions. :)
