found these also dunno how hevay they are but i know traffic econes use dto have a section underneath for putting in a weight or sand

Yep, I got the 'trip Hazard' and 'window cleaning in progress'. Nice and heavy and wont blow over (as long as we dont have the gale  force winds again!!) Would buy them again.
