I had one like that a few months ago. She was gorgeous when I was signing her up. However, 5 months later when I was calling for the 5th time trying to collect 3 months money, she didn't seem quite so attractive!

Don't you find that anything you agree to do thats out of your mainstream work always takes a lot longer than you expect?

One off insides are worst, followed by conservatorys and some first cleans on new houses.
