hi
i started my own domestic cleaning business and am now ready to take 2 girls/guys on not quiet sure on weather to take them on as an employee or sub contract the work i would be grateful for any advice on the situation as also wounderd if anybody has got any form that they could mail me for new starters and maybe any other paperwork you think maybe useful to me many thanks

Suggest you go to the H & M website and find the section on "am I employed" or self employed. If you are their only or major source of work they will have to be employed.
