I am using the (I think ) old Vikan green and red large oval brush at the mo and I am happy with the brush, But just wondering what is and if their is a better brush to use.....

in what respect, weight, size, jet spacing?

Not really botherd about the weight as I am happy with this weight and the pencil jets on the Vikan. I get a very good clean with what I've got but I have used the Ionics brush on a clean 4 mths after a builders clean and really wasn't impressed with that one.

When my vikan wore out I replaced it with one of these and its been very good.

same here, I use the brush from  cleantech as well. lighter and easier to control, just not so sure if it cleans as well

Most of my work is on ground floor and first floor some 2nd floor and a couple of offices 30 ft or so high....

So like I said Is their a better brush, Not that I'm getting any complaints from any of my customers.

If you are happy with the Vikan weight wise, my advise is to stick with it. I have a Bentley brush for uppers (weight) and use Vikans for ground floor.
I still prefer the Vikan clean even at high work but they are heavy and I am not as young as I used to be.

Son Cameron was using a Gaz bush for high windows but his preferance is now to use the Vikan for everything.

IMO the Vikan has by far the best clean, but is rather heavy.

When my vikan wore out

You must do a lot to wear a Vikan out i have a few 3 years old and still just as good as the day i bought it apart from the few scratches on the edges of the brush.
