You may think that your customers will be loyal to you, but wait and see what happens when they are bombarded with window cleaners offering to do the work for a fraction of what you charge! I'm afraid that many of us may be forced to drop our charges to compete, especially with the Poles!!!
Well said Ewan.Yes there is an increase of window cleaners and I have picked up several jobs and a few of them made a comment I have never heard about before " Do you work on your own "People are now getting sick of shoddy window cleaners and will pay that extra for a good window cleaner, I always hear you are regular, good at your job etc...If you keep the customer happy then they will not think twice about changing you, they prefer someone they know and trust. So sell yourself well and you will not be threatened by the newcomers.
