I would leave it until she rings asking why you haven't been in ages. Tell her you've been window cleaning for regular customers only and that if she wants them done again, that it will be on your terms to include working in inclement weather and re-price it, bump it up to show you won't be taken advantage of.

Have my own little gripe at the moment. Customers says last month "are you not drying the windows off any more?". I explain I have doing them wfp since August. She says "Oh, I must have been out when you've been doing them." The previous month she was sat at her kitchen table watching me Then she says "and you missed a couple of months out!." Well, I felt the blood rising. I knew I hadn't missed and had my records to show when they were done and when they were paid. I told her that I hadn't missed a clean and she just shook her head Her parting comment was " I'll see what they're like when I get home." My parting comment is unprintable, but was fortunately said under my breath I,m due back in 10 days. Not sure how I'll deal with it. Maybe she had the painters in??
