dont go back to ladders buddy, yes i know what you mean, i had a shock yesterday, 3 people in a tight packed village commented, made me worried, i havent had a complaint in ages, but i ave just taken an employee on so could be that i dont know.

but everywhere else its been fine, and the speed mate, could you really see yourself climbing them ladders again all day i certainly wouldnt

its just that time of year i think buddy, w get bit down in the dumps, rain constantly and all that, but this is what makes us better is we stick at it, un like the fly by summer cleaners.

stick it out buddy, honestly, if thy dont like it, theyll cancel, until they do keep raking the money in lol  ;)

i think its alot about confidence some haouses i look at and think there great and some ropey but its been three years so something must be going right!!

Lately though i seem to get tiny little speckle spots, now if i rub really hard with my finger and rinse with pole they go so im wondering if its the change of brush??

I've been doing it for a year now and haven't lost a customer due to spotting - yet.
The conclusion i have come to is that generaly it's crap! However it is acceptable to most customers, looks superb from the roadside and beats climbing ladders. Just don't look to closely under the street light when you collect because i can ALWAYS see something i'm not happy with, even though the customers don't. When the customers start complaining then it must be really bad and will be operator error in my opinion. Or some houses just don't suit the system.

we all know its not 100% all the time, ive used wfp now for over 4 years, if i do the insides i still see a off dirty water run

they either accept the fact thats your safer and they keep you, or they get rid

i think it helps if you do only upstairs with WFP, then down trad, at least most understand its safer for you, well my customers do

Persistency doesn't always cope with time and unforeseen occurance. ;)
It's a game of three halves!

Hi John

I have felt the same as you some times and then i have to give myself a good talking to and remind myself that if i went back to ladders i would be out longer each day to earn the same money.

I have been WFP 3 years and won't go back to ladders again well not full time i don't mind doing the odd few by ladders.
I prefer traditional window cleaning to WFP i find it more satisfying.

The one's that are giving you problems rinse longer and if they have air vents stand back further so the spray does not enter them.

I would say scrub longer not rinse longer.

When you're scrubbing, you're rinsing if you have a flow rate worth rating.

I find it better the other way a quick srub and a longer rinse.
works for me and have never had a compaint in the the 2 1/2 years.

No way pedro,i do em all WFP that`s like saying i know it`s rubbish but it`s safer and it does an ok job, what are the customers going to think if you don`t have the confidence to use it on the bottoms.

never had a complaint wfp..

done insides and never seen anything more than a couple of spot lines due to seal broken .
