I would have a van mount, like Nathanael Jones it so much easier, i build and have worked with a trolley and they are a pain
Hi mate
I am thinking about a trolley system, a lot of my houses I dont think I'd get a van near. Can you and anybody else tell me the problems you had with the trolley
Many thanks in advance
You'd be surprised how far 100mtrs of hose will take you,.. I can get EVERY house on my round with the van mount, just about. I'd recommend a van system AND a backpack for those awkward jobs.
purefreedom seem to be the top supplier at the moment,.. I personally got gear from them and was very impressed, so I'd always recommend them.
As for tank size, in a 600kg van, 250 litres is about the biggest you should go for,.. you might get a few barrels in there too before you max out the payload,.. but only 2 or 3 barrels.
What I did when I had a 600KG Pug Partner was I went and got a 400 litre tank, but made sure never to fill it to the top. The only reason I did that was because I always planned on getting a bigger van. I just got a Pug Boxer with a 1525KG payload, so I swapped the tank over, filled it to the top,... and I can fit another 2 of them if I want.
