Our main site is www.omnipole.com

We do not operate from omnipole.co.uk someone was pirating from .co.uk  for a while.

I think it makes a difference sometimes if you use Mozilla firefox rather than Internet explorer.
As a business we were advised not to use Mozilla - but I wouldnt know if its true as thats not my expertise.
