you can buy de-scaling solutions from a janitorial supplier, there are different brands and strengths, I don't use it on glass but on bathroom suites. I find that the longer you leave it to soak in to the surface the easier it is to clean off with a detergent You might have to use a plastic scourer, but I don't know if this will scratch the glass or not  Ask your janitorial supplier what's best.

We do those all the time as in a hard water area, some are so white you can't even see through them. I use a strong lime-scale remover, put gloves on, add neat l.scale remover to scourer, scour it all over, leave it on for a few minutes, get fairy soapy sponge over the same area and get a glass scraper, gently scrape and scour, rinse and buff, brings them up like new.

Hi

Yep, do these A LOT

Buy a pro limescale remover, or buy Viakal from Tesco, Asda (I solely use viakal)

spray or squeeze on, scour in with a steel scourer, leave for a few mins and then wash off, may need 2 treatments if it's that bad. Even after treatments you may find it has pitted the glass, this of course will be permanent.

The worst I have had was a dark green sink & drainer (it was pure white when i started) it took 4 treatments with a pro limescale remover.

Good luck
