Job Offer - Andover, Hampshire

We are looking to recruit a new team member, details as follows:

Applicant needs to be fit and healthy and of smart appearance.
Working Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.
WFP with minimal ladder work. Traditional cleaning on various sites.
Working within the Andover area as a starting point each day.
Driving licence required.

We are offering:

Starting salary of £15,500 p/a with a pay review after 6months then a review every 12 months thereafter.
Uniform provided.
Full holiday pay
Christmas period holiday between Christams Eve and 2nd January each year.
Use of company vehicle to the right person.
Health care after 12 months of being with the company.

I've got someone you can have on a free transfer, although I doubt he will sign when he see's the package ;D
Why are some people never happy. I'm not joking when I say he's on £5k more than that but is driving me to distraction.

Perhaps we should create a wndow cleaning transfer market ;D

Yeah I know what you mean.......I don't know the answer why some people just aren't happy but |I guess you just have to keep going until you find one that is?

I think what makes things easier for my lads is they work in teams, are rotated around so they don't work together for too long and we have good moral in the company?

Had 4 people apply so far, 1 looks promising so will keep you all posted.
