Work premises
« on: January 20, 2008, 05:28:04 pm »
Evening all. I just wpndered how many of you have work premises. I have just taken on an office and lock up yard as it has been driving me mad trying to run from home. I can now talk on the phone in piece, clean rugs properly, park 3 cc vans and 1 wheelie bin cleaning van all for £50.00 per week! This seems cheap to me, what do you guys think?

Cheers

hi there

yes we moved into 1000sq ft in november, after running from 2 garages, and 2 rooms in house.

cons,

£12K a year to run, rent, rates, elec, gas, water, insurance.

pros

easier to run,
got house and garage back
raises corporate image
seems to attract more business, dont know how though.

regards

martin

Hi Art,

We are based in Wokingham, covering surrounding areas. If ever you need some help, please ask and I will do the same. I do sub out alot of work to a Co called carpet genie but I dont think he covers your area so if I get stuck I'll call. What equiptment do you use?

Regards
