Hi All

Ineed price to clean upstairs in 4 bed house, & stairs no hall. We do the cleans for a house builder & the deal was delayed so had some remedial works.

Marks are: small 2 dots of rust & some small marks, & general traffic wear.

This is a new pale cream wool mix carpet approx 6 months old with only  a few weeks wear.

The carpet must cleaned upto new condition removing all marks, fully rinsed garunteeing no residue left & scotch garded on completion.

All furniture moved & put back.

We do carpet cleaning & cleaning, (ninja portable over 10 years experience) but not scotch gaurd, to smooth over client this requires top notch c/c from big local company.

I require an approx price & garuntee of satisfaction from client.

2 issues here

1. you say , must be cleaned to new condition removing all marks!!!
  how could anybody possibly guarrantee these results? I certainly wouldnt.

2 . you say . This is a new , approx six months old, with a few weeks wear!! , but also say general traffic wear, surly a few weeks of service would not induce any noticible wear  

Not that I am interested  , but was just a comment .
