I bought one from the States and was having similer problems. It turned out to be the PCB, £60's worth as said above. If you bought it in the UK 3 months ago, it should still be in warantee. Dai

na jeff its red all the time,im going to phone the supplier tomorrow as i seen one on ebay with a 12 month warranty so i take it mines will be the same-thanks for the help

There are a couple of little tests you can do to find if its a pump or pcb problem.
