HI
My average price for a new build homes 3/4 bedrooms £175.00. you can get through about 4 houses a day. Extended lances is a must. not to sure about solutions we used acid but not a lot of building sites will let you use it.

Never Heard that before most sites use acid aka brickie on cleaning brick work. All you need is a method statment for it. If there not happy using it i would suggest them to use someone else.

Forward Chemicals do a brick cleaner called 'Brickleen' which is good but has a low acid content.
Most building companies will allow it but you will still need risk assessments, method statements and COSHH statements for your work and the chemicals.
Hope this helps
