OMG dont even try and use the fibreglass ones at that height!!  Err if they do them at that height that is.

The 17ft one is great for everyday house stuff but I wouldnt want to use them any higher. BOY do they bend. Then again if you are talking about the Hybrid ones they are excellent.

Hi

There was a fault on our website earlier in the day, but it has now been rectified. (it only affected the X-Tel pole range!). Bear in mind that once you have clicked on the add to cart button it will add the item to your cart and then direct you back to the page you were on so you can carry on browsing. When you want to finally pay you then need to click on the 'CART' button on the left. Also at the top of each page is a running total of the value of your cart contents as you shop.

The 28ft and 31ft Hybrid's are very stiff and light. The Fibre Glass versions do have quite a whip on them, but if you use them with a light-weight brush then they are OK. The real plus points for them is that they are light and cheap. If you need a pole this long for occasional work then they are a cheap and easy way of achieving this.

Not a thing!

Years ago when some of Exel's representatives visited our firm, I did suggest that their next range of poles needed to have shorter sections, as they were at that time at least 1ft longer on average.

That one foot longer wouldn't  have fitted in my van (scudo).

I put the gardiner goose neck on my 17' but thought there was too much torque? on downstairs so took it off.

I also cracked the bottom, thick section by extending the sections out too far, and going horizonatly. I still think it's a brilliant pole though and have stuck some tape round it.
