Can any of you guys tell me what the difference is between minibore and microbore hose? Pros and cons etc...

I've got microbore.

What more do you need to know.

Minibore i find works better,mini is 8mm micro is 6mm.If your using a varistream you can use either but i favor the minibore as i havn`t had a single problem since changing from microbore,when using microbore i had a lot of problems but i think it was down to using a flow controller with a pressure switch.

dont know if its true but when I was changing over a lot was said about pressuer problems if using 100m of 6mm and leaving a lot on the reel

I had prob after prob with 6mm micrbore,switched to 8mm and no probs.

No probs with 6mm so far touch wood. Best thing about 6mm is its rigid and so doesn't snag and tangle so much.

6mm for me, though i only use 10  of it attached to my trolley

As has been said, Minibore has an 8mm Internal Diameter, Microbore has a 6mm Internal Diameter.

Microbore is the easiest to use (weight, flow rate, anti-kink, etc) but occasionally some users need the higher flow rate of the Minibore hose.

I use 2 reels of 100 m of microbore, powered by a 100 psi Flojet pump with  the pressure switch adjusted down to about 60 psi. 

If I worked on my own, I would probably use 60 or 100 metres of microbore off a 60 psi Flojet pump.
