check out a posting about a week ago
some guy glued a detatchable scraper to the brush
looked real effective
no need for a tool to assemble like your idea

had a look but couldnt find the post  its got pics too
its something like   fix scraper onto top of brush
when you want to use it turn brush upside down +srape away

Thanks for the link, i will give this a go. I've gotta buy different scrapers though, but i do like the look of it.
