can some one tell me step by step how to add a picture to a topic . i have looked in help but cant do it . ty

if you look at the bottom of the page when adding a topic or replying to one you will see additional options,click this you will then see "attach" click the word "browse" this lets you search your computer for the pic you want to add click on the pic and it should be added
