its very rare i have to collect i must say i do have a lot of good custom . if they are not in and i dont go back they just pay double the next time . when i first started i did have problems with custom saying can you come back later & them not being in . but i learnt fast on who was a good payer & who was bad i soon dumped the bad ones when they see me now & ask me if i will cleamn for them again i get great plesure in saying no . they wont get another cleaner as all the cleaners round the area i do talk to each other & pass the word on about bad payers . but if you are only just starting to build a round then its something you will have to put up with until you get to the stage when you can dump them .
