just shop around. They dont make them themselves, so you may be able to find them cheaper. I personally got mine from ro-man.

yep... i got one off andrew a few months ago, he sold me a 100gpd with the system i purchased from them and it was so slow it wouldnt produce the water i needed, (it made 125ltrs in 36 hours, ) so i got a 300gpd off him for a 100 squid and sent the other back, i can now produce 1000 ltrs in 24- 30 hours, because my water ppm is 480-500 i only get one tank full out of one 750ml resin on my di....
as others say you may get them cheaper else where, i am certainly looking elsewhere for a mini pole and a 16" vikan brush.

I've got one of these and I am very happy with it.

I Kn8ckered my 40 inch membrane and bought the 300GPD one from Andrew. £160 all in for a good 300 GPD unit is very good value. I get 97 to 98 % TDS removal and my resin use has dropped a whole lot and I don't have to mess about with water softeners.

Waste is only about 1 to 1 and its dead simple to set up and maintain. Once a week I just turn a tap to flush it out for about 20 mins. I dont think that any company in the UK actually "makes" RO units. They buy in all the bits and put them together. From what I can make out you should make sure the membranes are short leaf ones like in my unit. Apparently Asian ones can be long leaf (Whatever that means) and are nowhere near as good.
