Any Bane Clean owners?
« on: October 13, 2004, 05:41:15 pm »
I've a LWB transit (new shape) and am going to buy a Bane system with 100 gallon tanks.

How long and wide is this unit as I'll need to carry a portable and texatherm.

I've an old Bane cat. but its very unclear as to which unit is which.

thanks
Mark

Mark I've got a bane inside a sem-high roof LWB transit. you have 2.5-3ft of space at the back so you can fit a rotory & portable, you can put your blowers & chemicals on top of the water tanks.

there is enough space running down the side of the machine to fit a 5gl width container sizes shelve.

Mark
give them a ring at spurgens for exact sizes. It is misleading trying to work it out from the cataloge.
Are you buying new or secondhand?

I had a LWB VW Transporter slightly smaller than a Transit Med wheel base and I could fit a d/f machine 2 blowers and a porti in, providing you put a shelf in. I put 1 in across the back but only half the way across and about 10" high, the buffet head quite easily slid under and the 2 turbos stood on the shelf, the remaining space at the side was for the porti and ontop of the tanks stood loads of chem and pads for d/f machine and nothing moved around.
