Hello..I'm new to the boards. I've been cleaning for around 15 years now and have never had any complaints about my work; people seem very pleased. However, one thing is beating me. I now work in a school, and am plagued by thick black shoe marks up the toilet walls. I've tried everything to remove them...rubbers, sugar soap, cream cleaner, scouring pads, perfume (yes, perfume!) and still they stay and I'm sure laugh at me. The walls are sprayed with white paint then sprayed on top with flecky grey bits, giving a textured appearance. Unfortunately this paint is a devil to clean. Does anyone have any ideas before I kick the walls myself??? Many thanks.
