The only way to get the oversanded joints back as best you can is to wet the joint area with thinneres (Xylene) leave a couple of mins to soften the resin, then use a thin wire brush and scrub the affected joint until resin and sand turn into a thick gloop and scrape it off with a rag and discard, just top the area around joint up with a 50/50 mix resin and thinners.
as you can't effectivley get all the resin remnants off as if it had just been washed you will still have grains of sand mixed in with the resin. The sand grains always show up like a sore thumb.
The only way you can justify the sand grains on surface is to tell custy that it's there as an anti slip measure as you don't want anyone sliping and getting hurt
It must be a smooth block surface youv'e done? Probably clay paviours, if they are then you will probabli get te resin unbonding from surface in next few days as oidinary block resin molecules wont bond to clay pavoiurs as there too dence.
This is why I don't seal any more, I wan't to sleep at night!
