hi mate, thanks for your help but i couldn't find the pdf file you was talking about and thereb was no link for the method statement, hope i don't sound to stupid but i'm not too good with computers ??

and if you go on down you'll see all the necessary forms and info for risk assessment.

Obviously you need to delete the prompts they have put in but save yourself the hassle and order a bundle of them.  remember you only need one for each job quoted for so how long would 100 of them do?  I think its £15 per 100 but that could be wrong.
