method statement

this one is from the institute of plumbing but they are all much the same.  You can adapt it to suit your needs, as of course you can do with the h+s statement.

Hope this helps, I would have posted mine but its on the other pc and could I be bothered turning it on etc? No chance, deadliest catch is on discovery!
