« on: September 26, 2004, 12:42:33 pm »
How do I become a more involved member of the site, i.e. move on from being a 'newbie' to a full member etc??

Post more information. More posts you make the higher the rating goes. But being  a newbie or a god makes no differnets.

Don't pay too much attention to that stuff Iain. That just shows how many posts you've put up.

Trust me, it has nothing to do with quality of posts or involvement on the site. Us old dinosaurs have just put up more posts then "newbies", that's all! Quite often the same question's answered over and over so the figure's probably not a true indication.

Enjoy the boards and don't worry about status.

Iain, after your next message you'll have 11 posts to your credit and will then be a junior member - and no longer a newbie.

Promotion's quick round here you know!
